How to stop overeating when you go out for dinner

The weekend is almost here, are you planning on going out for dinner?  Does that mean you are going to be overeating?  It’s hard not to when you open the menu and look at all the tempting dishes.   So what can you do?

You have to start before you open the menu.  You can do this by using what I call an awareness cue.   Following is a video from my video series that explains it further.
