Faith and family, not diet and exercise may be keys to a long life

Hi everyone!

I read a really interesting article today I wanted to pass on to you.

A team of scientists and National Geographic researchers have spent the last 8 years exploring 5 parts of the world where people live measurably longer lives.

Their conclusions led them to believe long life has less to do with diet and exercise and more to do with social life and environment. Strong families, friendships and faith are common in all 5 areas they studied.
