Here’s a little food for thought (no pun intended)..
Do you spend more of your day thinking about God or food?
If you struggle with binge eating and compulsive over eating the answer is obvious; just look in the mirror.
If one spends more time thinking about their appetite, Philippians 3:19 (The Message) says “..Those who live there make their bellies their gods, belches are their praise.”
If you fall into this category, there is a way out, just flip it around.
When you begin to develop a deeper awareness of God throughout your day everything starts to change. You look at food differently and you begin to limit the power temptation has over you. That means you’ll begin to eat less junk food and not over eat at meals all the time.
That’s when you give yourself a chance at lasting weight loss.
