Saw an interesting article yesterday that states medical experts now believe binge eating should be included under new mental health guidelines as a mental disorder.

The article also states, “Binge eating is the most common eating disorder in the US today and remains a difficult condition to identify and treat.”

So they believe it is a mental health issue but aren’t sure how to treat it.  Could it be it all starts with temptation?

The article also stated binge eating tends to run in families (that should come as no suprise, kids do what we do).
