Now I know you didn’t start the tradition of binge eating in your family, it was passed down from earlier generations.

Is that one of the traditions you’d like to continue for future generations or would you like to create a new legacy and stop it now?

Kids don’t do as we say, they do as we do. If they see us overeating, they will do it also.

With the growing problem of child obesity, it’s more important than ever that we as adults set the example and learn to resist the temptation to overeat.

Does it make any sense to teach your children bad habits at holiday time that can ruin their future health?

You can stop binge eating and general overeating and start a wonderful new holiday tradition of enjoying all of the delicious foods in moderation.

That may end up being the tradition your children benefit from the most!
